The Youth Work Training Academy for Wales is here to support youth workers at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on your experience, the Academy offers training, resources, and opportunities to help you grow. Working with partners across Wales, it’s designed to make learning accessible, practical, and relevant to the real challenges youth workers face. At its heart, the Academy is all about equipping you with the skills and confidence to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.

Youth Support Worker Qualification

Level 3 Certificate in Youth Work Practice

The Youth Work Training Academy can offer the Level 3 Certificate in Youth Work Practice to practitioners in Wales, who are working less than 16 hours and who are in need of a more flexible package, whilst still still gaining the skills and knowledge base needed to be qualify as a Youth Support Worker.
